We use Individual Quick Freezing (IQF) technology immediately after harvest. This process locks in peak ripeness, flavor, and nutritional value, preventing the berries from clumping together.
Do you ship your frozen products nationwide?
To maintain the integrity of our frozen fruit, we currently offer shipping within specific regional zones and local pickup at Krause Farms. Please enter your zip code at checkout to see if delivery is available in your area.
How should I store my berries once they arrive?
Keep your berries in the freezer at 0°F (-18°C) or colder. For the best quality, we recommend consuming them within 12 months of purchase, though they remain safe to eat indefinitely if kept frozen.
Are there any additives or sugar added to the frozen fruit?
No. Our frozen berries are 100% natural with no added sugar, syrups, or preservatives. You are getting pure fruit straight from our fields.
What is your policy on returns for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or thawed, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo, and we will provide a replacement or refund.
Are your berries washed before being frozen?
Yes, all berries undergo a rigorous cleaning and sorting process to remove debris before they are flash-frozen and packaged in our food-safe facility.
